Plaza Vending
Vending in Mountain Village's plazas offer a unique and flexible opportunity for the micro-entrepreneur looking to test their family recipes, incubate their business idea or showcase their wares to our community. This “one-stop” page offers all of the information you will need to start your vending cart in the Town of Mountain Village.
Applications for the Winter 25/26 season will open soon. Deadline to apply is September 15 at 5 p.m.
Plaza Vending Application Process
Please determine what season you are applying for and follow the steps below.
Summer Vending Season
May 15 - October 31: application deadline for the summer season was March 21, 2025.
Winter Vending Season
November 1 - May 14: application deadline for the winter season is September 15, 2025.

Plaza Vending Committee
On March 21, 2024, Town Council approved the creation of the Plaza Vending Committee and its bylaws. The Plaza Vending Committee consists of:
- One Town Council member
- One member of the Mountain Village community at-large
- One member from a Mountain Village brick and mortar food and beverage business
- One member from a Mountain Village plaza vending business
- The Economic Development and Sustainability Director, or their representative
