Village Court Apartments studio waitlist process to be re-conducted Wednesday, November 8 at 10 a.m. 

Last week, the Town of Mountain Village Housing Authority experienced technical difficulties in processing waitlist applications, which impacted those trying to apply for the waitlist.

The technical issues have been addressed, and in the interest of a fair process for the community, the waitlist application process will be reconducted this Wednesday, November 8 at 10 a.m. Anyone who applied on November 1 will need to resubmit their application on Wednesday, November 8. Even if you didn't apply on November 1, any individual interested in a studio is invited to apply.

Here is a link to the online form that has been tested on various platforms and will be enabled at 10 a.m. sharp on Wednesday, November 8. The form has also been posted to our VCA webpage.

If you have the form pulled up before the start time, please note that you will need to refresh the page at 10 a.m. sharp to be able to use the form.

A limited number of in-person applications will be available at the Village Court Apartments offices only, however, it is highly encouraged to fill out the application online at 10 a.m. sharp for quicker submission.

The form will be deactivated at 12 p.m. (noon). After such time, submissions will no longer be received and all applicants will be contacted by staff with the status of their waitlist application.

La semana pasada, la Autoridad de Vivienda de Mountain Village experimentó dificultades técnicas en el procesamiento de solicitudes de lista de espera, que afectó a los que trataron de aplicar para la lista de espera.
